Welcome to the Office of the Dean of Students webpage. I want to personally thank you for your work with students and for making Boise State University an excellent educational experience.
Our mission is to create a culture of care for students, their families and the greater campus community by providing services designed to enhance the student experience and fostering their personal, intellectual and social development. The primary goal of my office is to assist students in navigating the university during periods of significant emotional and cognitive development.
Our services complement coursework and co-curricular activities. My staff challenges students to be self-directed, autonomous learners, connected to the academic community, and to develop competencies that will assist them at Boise State and beyond.
In addition to the main Office of the Dean of Students, which offers individual student support and the C.A.R.E program, sex-based discrimination (Title IX compliance), and Student Rights and Responsibilities, we are affiliated with Veterans Services, the Disability Resource Center, and Student Media.
The entire staff is available to assist with any concerns you may have about students or university policy affecting students. Please call on us for support and guidance and be sure to review this site as it contains helpful information.
